Beginning March 15, 2010 the USPS will no longer supply customers with signed/stamped postage statements. Mailings will now be logged into the USPS system. All customers will be able to receive a PS Form 3607-R electronically as a proof of mailing. The 3607-R will be the only official proof of mailing provided by the USPS.
